🧹 LONG-TERM STAYS (21+ DAYS)

For stays longer than three weeks, a professional mid-stay cleaning is required every 21 days to maintain the suite's standards. An additional cleaning fee applies and will be communicated transparently at the time of booking.

As a classic Chicago two-level home, please be aware that spiral stairs are required to access the lower-level suite (which houses the second bedroom area, spa bathroom, and laundry).
