Because this is a lower-level garden apartment, you may occasionally hear normal, everyday overhead footsteps or light activity from the residents living upstairs. While the building is generally quiet, we want to ensure complete transparency for any exceptionally light sleepers!

🧹 LONG-TERM STAYS (21+ DAYS)

For stays longer than three weeks, a professional mid-stay cleaning is required every 21 days to maintain the suite's standards. An additional cleaning fee applies and will be communicated transparently at the time of booking.
