“The Coach-Garden” at 5525 is a recently remodeled, modern and chic, garden-level studio. This is the lower level unit. The upper level unit is rented separately. Converted from an old 1930’s coach house. There is a large flat screen television, with sound bar, a full-bathroom, and tons of cool unique accents.

Requirements to book:

1. 1 year rental history w/ Airbnb
2. Minimum rating of 4.5-stars.
3. See house rules for mandatory monthly cleaning costs.
4. Current work history and resume.

Guests will have private access to the garden level unit, only. The space includes a full kitchen, a private bathroom, and pull out sofa. The upstairs loft space is rented separately and access to this area is not included with the "Coach-Garden" unit rental.

In Chicago, there are 77 neighborhoods. Our property is located in the Englewood community on the City's south side. The community is well connected to public transportation (multiple bus routes within a few blocks of the property and access to the Red Line and Green Line), and is about a 5-minute drive to the major expressway (I-90/94, which connects guests to the downtown area). There is plenty of free street parking in front of the main building if you are driving. Uber and Lyft are also available, as well as food delivery services like Uber Eats, GrubHub, Doordash, and more.
