“The Coach” at 5525 is a modern and chic, two-bedroom, two-level space that has a lofted upper floor. Converted from an old 1930’s coach house. There is a large flat screen television, with sound bars, a full-bathroom, and tons of living area.

Requirements to book:

1. One year rental history with Airbnb
2. Minimum rating of 4.5-stars.
(Or, in lieu of these items, an extra, refundable deposit of $1,000 and a current work history / resume.)
3. Waiver of liability for loft ladder

This is the top floor "lofted" space with up to 12 foot ceiling height and access ladder. There is one bathroom, one full kitchen, two beds and one couch within the unit.

The lower level, garden space is a full studio apartment and may be available to rent for an additional cost if available.

We like for our guests to have privacy and freedom. We may greet you within the first week, but after that: Live your life! We're just a text, message or phone call away.

3. Waiver of liability for loft ladder
4. Copy of a valid photo ID (once booked)
5. Vehicle make and model (once booked)
6. Vehicle VIN and license plate (once booked).

Guests are fully liable for house rules if they use the booking instantly button, this especially includes the requirement to have adequate and verified Airbnb usage history, a professional resume that validates job location, contact and history.
Guests must fulfill house rules within 72 hours, or cancel within 24 hours of booking in order to receive a full refund.
Malicious users that attempt to block calendar with fraudulent or non-performing bookings will not receive access or full refund.
